Naveed has been fantastic to work with, the initial work I hired him for was a complex, and not something a normal developer would have experience at. Despite this fact, after I explained my requirements to him, he straight away summarized back to me what I needed to do, but in a much clearer and understandable way. This is a sign of a very good developer; he also completed the work successfully in about one third of the time all other developers had quoted for same work.
